Today we celebrated the 800th edition of F-troop, the weekly net for new and returning amateurs.

While I’ve hosted most of them, I couldn’t have done it without the amateur community who checked in week after week to share their stories and ask questions, sometimes even finding answers.

This week I asked a different question.

“What was the impetus for you to join the amateur radio community?”

We learnt lots and had plenty of laughs!

Thank you all for joining me for the past 15 years!
