The cars are right-hand drive, possibly located in Tasmania. So OP is the electric car owner that parked very close to block the gas car owner from entering his car through the normal driver-side door.

In the other hand I started a free trial of “Full Self Driving (Supervised)” because some jackass parked me in like this, so I had my Tesla drive itself out. It was in a normal parking space though

Because they need to use the charger that’s there. And also they deserve a reward for spending a bit more and being inconvenienced to help the environment.
